Field Leader Training
Give your line team leaders practical, hands-on experience in how to effectively lead their crews with this energy industry focused, two-day course titled "On The Line: Building Team-Leader Skills." Participants receive practical, hands-on experience in creating rapport with crews, as well as building desired leadership skills.
The ability to achieve success "on the line" takes a lesson in balance. Traditional supervisory training programs, if used at all, fail field leaders. They don't address the situation of someone both on the team and leading it as well. That's why PLS Consulting, based on extensive industry surveys and research, has developed a unique program for field leaders. "On The Line: Building Team-Leader Skills" is a training program designed to help build and improve field leader skills. It focuses on leadership skills that enable the field leader to effectively direct the activities of their crew and to communicate with management.
